Respuesta :

(-3)^3 + (-3)^2 + (-3)^1 + (-3)^0 + (-3)^-1

Alright, so, what ever the exponent is, is the number of times you would multiple that said number by. So, (-3)^3 would be -3 x -3 x -3 which is -27. -3 x -3 is 9. -3^1 is just -3. *ANY NUMBER TO THE POWER OF 0 IS 1!* If the exponent is negative, it turns to 1/(-3)^1      (so, if it were (-3)^-3 = 1/(-3)^3)

So, we get

-27 + 9 - 3 + 1 - 1/3
-20 - 1/3
-20 1/3 or -20.333 (.3333 infinitely)
