“SETA” means Sector Education and Training
Authority in South Africa. Its advantages are:

Giving the needed skills development (for the
economy) of the citizens in South Africa

Through Skills Development Levies Act the skills
of the people are collected and earn the money allocated for education and
training.
Its disadvantages maybe:

The training cannot accommodate everyone
·
And the training is more inclined to nation-based
rather than world-based
