Blood Alcohol Content levels are used to determine a person’s level of alcohol intoxication commonly used on the road by patrollers or police men. The correct answer would be letter C. But BAC varies between males and females and there are other factors that contribute to this alcohol content. A .10 content of alcohol means that the person has a .10 g of alcohol coursing through his blood which can be a contributing factor for him to be an unsafe driver on the road.

I believe the answer is: A. 0.03.

According to American Medical Association, BAC of 0.03 is the bare minimum amount from which your physical response time started to be affected.

Even though the effect might not be severe, government regulations still categorize people with BAC 0.03 as unsafe drivers.
