Have you read the story “The Monkey's Paw?” I have. I enjoyed it tremendously! It was creepy and suspenseful. It was heartbreaking for the White family. It taught a valuable lesson. I highly recommend it! What is wrong with sentence fluency in this paragraph?

It is choppy and there are too many periods (which makes it choppy).

Each sentence ends abruptly, that's all I know.
