Three reasons that people have had to migrate include: cultural, political, or environmental.
Under cultural reasons, some may choose to migrate to escape religious persecution. Due to the aftermath of war, some may choose to migrate due to involuntary political reasons such as being captured as a prisoner of war. Sometimes environmental issues may occur causing those to live in the area to migrate due to natural storms/disasters or for a better climate to suit their lifestyle.
