Spanish Translate help please
El amigo de Carolina y Magdalena era un científico de África a quien conocían por medio del trabajo. Las llevó al jardín de detrás de su casa.
Las estrellas brillaban y la luna iluminaba el pequeño lago que se veía a lo lejos. Un viento suave soplaba aquella noche misteriosa. Con mucha preocupación las dos muchachas le contaron lo que había pasado y que los piratas las estaban buscando.
El científico les dijo que era muy probable que los piratas buscaban un tesoro que estaba perdido por siglos. Ese mismo tesoro lo había buscado el capitán inglés Sir Francis Drake cuando ocupaba la ciudad. Los piratas pensaban que ellas también querían el tesoro ya que eran extranjeras.
Su amigo les mostró un mapa antiguo de la ciudad. Los piratas también tenían el mismo mapa.
Después de un par de horas Carolina y Magdalena averiguaron dónde estaba escondido el tesoro. Decidieron ir a buscarlo.

The friend of Carolina and Magdalena was an African scientist who they knew through work. He took them to the garden behind his house.
The stars shone and the moon illuminated the small lake that could be seen in the distance. A gentle wind blew that mysterious night. With great concern the two girls told him what had happened and that the pirates were looking for them.
The scientist told them that it was very likely that the pirates were looking for a treasure that was lost for centuries. That same treasure had been sought by the English captain Sir Francis Drake when he occupied the city. The pirates thought that they also wanted the treasure since they were foreigners.
His friend showed them an old map of the city. The pirates also had the same map.
After a couple of hours Carolina and Magdalena found out where the treasure was hidden. They decided to go look for it.
