So by consuming the balanced diet, a person can get the best out of the food and can consume good amount of folate which will help him in growth and improving health of the cells in a body. Some folate enriched foods are green veges, citrus fruits, beans, breads, pastas, cereals, rice, etc. So with the combination of a balanced diet, a good amount of folate enters the human body.
