BCCs or basal cell carcinoma is also known as rodent ulcers and occur generally in the areas exposed in the sun which damages the local tissue in human beings. Patients with this disease are usually fair skinned and burn more than dark skinned people in sunlight.
It may also develop during childhood, when a child is exposed in the sun for long periods. One of the most serious forms of skin cancer is Malignant melanoma which happens due to exposure of the body to the harmful UV radiations which in turn happens due to the ozone layer depletion, which stops the harmful rays of the sun from coming to the earth.
