Investigating communication in the workplace by observing conversations between two coworkers about their personal lives and determining how that dialogue could be used to resolve their workplace conflict uses a Phenomenological approach to communication.
Phenomenology is, at the very slightest, a decision to investigate a situation from an established location in real practice and oriented approaching distinct features of the spectrum of human activity. The phenomenological tradition concentrates on the practice of self and others by dialogue.
There is an intentional inquiry of daily life from the person really encountering it. The phenomenologist is engaged in how people understand aspects; issues and circumstances. Subjective experiences are phenomenological data. We handle communication as the vehicle to assign significance to our experiences.
