It considers many aspects in determining the quality of any goods or services. These includes, Performance, conformance, reliability, features, durability, aesthetics, serviceability and perception.
When we become aware of some products of services with the help of our senses refers to the term perception. It can be sensed either with the helps of the words that we hear about any product or how we see a product, etc. Thus it is the perception, a dimension of quality that can not be observed.
