36 x 3 = 108

60/15 = 4
36/4 = 3.75

108 + 3.75 = 111.75
Answer: 111.75 copies

You can set up a proportion for 36 copies to 1 minute and x copies for 3 minutes and 15 seconds (15 seconds is a fourth of a minute, so it would be .25

36/1=x/3.25

Then just cross multiply to get

117=x
