a free market economy would flourish in louisiana as it has a large visitational base,and that "large base" comes to louisiana yearly and stays for a while therefore increasing revenue for small shop owners and Major establishments alike.and as a large amount of people own small stores if im not mistaken,thats more money for everyone involved there. it would greatly benefit the area's Magistrate or local government, both the consumers and Marketeers as well as anyone who wants to or is setting up a business in louisiana too.
