In an effort to blend in, a person conformity is heading to work dressed in the same manner as their coworkers. When all of their peers use drugs, college students utilize drugs to avoid being 'boring. To blend in with other travelers beliefs, someone roams the airport like a zombie and acts very quietly.  and is still a topic of active research. A sort of social influence known as conformity involves altering beliefs or behaviors in order to fit in with a group. Although conformity is a neutral position, it can sometimes contribute to social problems. A person's desire to blend in with a social group might occasionally get in the way of their ability to make moral or secure decisions. The goal of conformity is to alter behavior beliefs such that everyone in the group acts in the same way. And while this is good, there are drawbacks as well. There are a lot of people in this world who do not identify with others but who yet feel compelled to adhere to societal conventions.
