The ¨Magna Carta¨ its a medieval document written up by Stephen Langton, Archbishop of Canterbury in the name of Juan I of England.
The card assured the welfare and validation of the ecclesiastic rights, the access to the immediate justice, the protection of the barons against illegal detentions, between others, adjustment of feudal fees or tributes in favor to the crown, between others.
The document didn´t have success in the time it started to circulate, so many descendants of Juan I, started to release different versions of the card, with some ¨improvements¨ made by each king, a couple of decades had to pass for Magna Carta in order to start to be more respected by all the sides involved in its content.
The card suddenly started to be part of the political life in England and was cataloged like a ¨ancient English constitution¨ where all the origins about different liberties, laws to follow, rights and duties were materialized and applicated.
Based on the context, model and style of the embodied ideas in the Magna Carta, where liberty and democracy in some aspects and decisions played a fundamental role, modern democracy, constitution, and other documents followed the same ideas.
