As Regina realised that her way of sharing the idea was inconsiderate and impacted Clay negatively, she tried to fix the issue. She offered to discuss the idea further so that Clay doesn’t feel unheard. Through this act Regina was clearly expressing consideration behaviour towards Clay, as she felt guilty at some point.
