a boat traveled 115 miles each way Downstream and back. the trip Downstream took 5 hours.the trip back to 23 hours. what is the speed of the boat in Still Water? what is the speed of the current? show your work!!!

115 ÷ 5

11 ÷ 5 = 2

15 ÷ 5 = 3

115 ÷ 5 = 23

115 ÷ 23 = 5

23 - 5 = 18


23 mph in still water
18 mph speed of current
