Because they were the ones that despised their relationship and made it difficult for them to be together. yet they were so in love that they felt they could not live without each other. and because they weren’t allowed to be together, they weren’t to extreme lengths to be together without lord and lady capulet knowing.
Lord And Lady Cap cult hate Romeo's family which makes Romeo sneak around to see Juliet and keep their marriage a secret which means they don't know and so they try to marry her to Pairs
Lady Capulet keeps on telling the Prince of Verona how Romeo killed Tybalt in an unfair fight. which causes as do other things for Romeo to be banished. if he was around when the friar gave the potion to Juliet he would have know about the plan and not believe what his servant told him
Lord and lady Capulet are forcing Juliet to marrying Pairs, which causes Juliet to look for help at The Friar, he gives Juliet a herb potion that will cause her to look dead and well Romeo believes it and commits suicide since he cant like without his Juliet.
