Respuesta :

Scale factor is a 1 to 1 ratio, whereas volume is that 1 to 1 cubed.  So take the cubed root of each of those numbers and divide the number you get from the left by the number you get from the right to find that scale factor.  I'll do the first one for you, and then since all of them are volumes, they're all done the same exact way.
[tex] \frac{ \sqrt[3]{1875} }{ \sqrt[3]{960} } = \frac{12.33}{9.86} =1.25[/tex].  This means that the figure on the left is 1.25 times larger than the one on the right.  That's the one-to-one.

What is the scale factor?

A scale factor in math is the ratio between corresponding measurements of an object and a representation of that object.

We will do the first one for you, and then since all of them are

volumes, they are all done the same exact way.

[tex]=\frac{\sqrt[3]{1875} }{\sqrt[3]{960} }\\ \\=\frac{12.33}{9.96} \\\\=1.25[/tex]

This means that the figure on the left is 1.25 times larger than the one on the right.

That is the one-to-one.
