The Doctor's name is a mystery; it's sort of the whole point. Even if we did know the name, it's quite possible we wouldn't even be able to pronounce it. In an episode of Old Who, aired during Tom Baker's run, (4th Dr.) titled the Armageddon Factor, it is revealed that at the University of Gallifrey, he went by the name Theta Sigma, or Thete. Other than that... We have no clue.
