There various ways to fight corruption in government.  One is to pay government employees good wages.  Employees whether they are private or public want to be sure that their salaries will help them make ends meet.  If they are paid enough to support themselves and their families then it would deter from doing any that would lead to corruption.  Another is cutting red tape.  When the process is long, people get upset and this is true when they need it immediately.  If you shorten the process, then people wouldn’t resort to fixers who would resort to under-the-table methods to get it done.

Some common government's anti-corruption strategies are accountability and transparency.

What is Corruption:

Corruption is illegal or dishonest behavior by people in positions of power or government officials. Examples are bribing, election manipulation and so on.
