2) well if you divide 3 by 5 it would equal .60 or .6 ( 3/5= .6) then you would multiply it by ten which would equal 60. (.60*10=60) then add a percent sign 60% so 60%>59% or 60% is greater than 59% 3) lets change every thing to a decimal. 40% would turn into .4 2/5 would turn into .4 and then there is .4 then there is .04. .04 is not like the other three because it is 4 hundredths and the rest are 4 tenths. hope this helps
