Comparison:
Physics: studies the behaviour of the universe, to keep it simple.
Chemistry: it's the study of matter and their properties/interactions.
Biology: studies life.
Conclusion
As you can see, all those subjects try to give us a deeper understanding of our surroundings. If we combine the study of matter, the study of the universe and the study of life we can reach unimaginable levels of knowledge.
