Respuesta :

optimism and peace
That would be my answer.

After the World War II (1955) the perception of people and literary artists changed in every genre, whether poetry, adventure, fantasy, fiction, novels, etc.

Literature in the post-war period was influenced by philosophical concerns; from poetry, visual arts to existentialism and social aspects. As the intermediate postwar period separated Modernism from Postmodernism the literature got inspiring tales of bravery, self –belief and optimism to face difficult situation.

So it was also a period where a radical shake up was needed and literature had to be angry. The 1950's decade was called known as the "English literature´s angry decade".

There were a lot authors full of nonconformities fighting against bomb atoms and wars.

So the correct answer is option 2 "protest and unrest"
