Respuesta :

the object with velocity 3v has larger momentum

Explanation:

Momentum= P = m v

P = momentum

m= mass

V= velocity

for first object, P1 = mv

for second object , P2 = m (3v)

P2= 3 mv

so the momentum of second object is three times the momentum of the first object.

P=mv and A , B have same masses(name it m)
So A’s momentum=mv=mv
B’s momentum=mv=3mv
3mv>mv so B has a larger momentum. Hope this helps.
