Individualism
Robin Williams reveals that U.S. cultural associations and social values are more multifaceted than such “new individualism”. When William studied US cultural values in a methodical way, he observed individualism plays only a promoting role. Moreover, he suggests, that Americans’“value focus” on the prioritization of one belief over another belief, which changes in performance with several cultural events and fundamental conditions.
In this way, he suggests that the U.S. values act as the part of a “cultural toolkit,” which chooses the values required to support specific plans of action.
