There are many, numerous kids who are shy or “slow to warm up,” which means they are uneasy or mindful in new circumstances or with new individuals. As infants, they didn't care for being held by just anybody; they needed to be nestled by just a couple of extraordinary, confided in individuals. As little children, they remain on the "sidelines" for some time, watching what others are doing until the point when they feel good enough to participate. They may have a troublesome time with changes like another tyke care supplier, and challenge when a relative they don't see regularly offers a major embrace.
