Mcintosh mother was known to be a prominent member of thge Wind Clan in the Creek matrilineal system,  Mcintosh fought in the battle of Horsehoe band in 1814 in order to support Andrew Jackson,  and he was shot with got pulled out and stabbed in the heart by creek warriors.
