What is being asked? It is understood by what is given that there is a scientific name and an English name for an organism, but there are other various names to call each organism. A different name of a different organism can mean something different depending on the person. Sometimes organisms don't have an English name. A name to me is a title or an identification to someone or something. Foreign names cannot be understood, because different people speak different languages, thus many names can exist for may different organisms. Of course, not all common names are perfect though.
