The formula for the Pythagorean Theorem is A2+B2=C2 so according to the Pythagorean triples it states that in a right triangle C is the hypotenuse or the large side of a triangle and A B are the legs.
A= 6
B= 8
C= 10
6^2+ 8^2=10^2
36+64=100
100=100
so they are Pythagorean triples
Part B
Same thing
A= 5
B= 12
C=13
5^2+ 12^2= 13^2
25+144=169
169=169
So they are also Pythagorean triples
