When you accept co-responsibility with those in authority it's like For example: Sam and David are doing a school project for the science fair their both partners in this project and they get graded the same for what ever grade they get on the project if Sam did some thing wrong during the presenting they are both held responsible. (Also you didn't explain which authority it was)
