Respuesta :

First I suggest we work with the easiest ones, which would be the "more similar to -- than ---" ones:

Modern camels are more related to Stenomylus than to Eschatius.

In the chart we see that Stenomylus is in a very different branch from modern camels. We can also see that Stenomylus is the equivalent of Gazelle-Camel, which as the name suggests that it is quite different from modern camels.

In the chart we also see Escathius have followed the same evolutive branch of Camelus. Therefore, these might and are very similar.

Modern camels are more related to Camelops than to Aepycamelus.

Again, according to the chart Aepycamelus have followed a different branch in relation to modern camels, and Camelops are in the same evolutive branch as Camelus.

Stenomylous and modern camels do not share a common ancestor.

At first sight, we know this is not true because if they are in the same evolutive chart, they need to have a common ancestor. In this case they have 2, which correspond to Protytopus and Poebrotherium.

Pliauchenia and Oxydactylus may share similar features.

We can be almost certain about that, since they are both from the same family. Note: I said "almost certain" because we don't have many images of how Pliauchenia looked like, at least not in the internet.

Procamelus and Stenomylous may share similar features.

Again, we can verify this statement with barely no doubts on it, because the two species are from the same family.

Answers (correct statements):

Modern camels are more related to Camelops than to Aepycamelus.

Pliauchenia and Oxydactylus may share similar feautres.

Procamelus and Stenomylous may share similar features.

Hope it helped,
