I believe it is ok to test on animals. Animals have a similar makeup to what Human bodies have, so to lessen the loss of human lives, people should test on animals. As long as they are kept in a humane environment and treated well before, during, and if they survive, even after the tests, then yes! testing on animals is a great way to preserve human lives when testing dangerous products.
