Can anyone please help me answer this question? Soon as possible!

How can you protect yourself from injury when performing activities in cold or hot weather? Give one example for cold and one example for hot.

For hot or cold you can make sure to replenish electrolytes. Make sure you are dressing appropriately in cold weather (dressing warm enough but not too warm because of overheating). If you are exercising in hot weather make sure to be hydrated when you start, drink water throughout, and pay attention to your body and if you are overheating make sure you stop and take a rest or slow down.
1.) Always wear protected gear , warm up before you playing, do not over work yourself, cool yourself and be hydrated.
