If you are looking for general ideas, music. I listen to music when i do everything. School, work, playing video games, drawing, anything. Music is a charm that can change your entire mood in just a simple 3 to 5 minute song. Try listening to music like Lofi-Hiphop-Chill music, or if you want you can listen to whatever the heck I'm listening to right now, try listening to hop or some really light anime music xD (don't ask please) either way, you can try music or just talk to people about it. Talking is a great remedy, it really helps with anything to just talk about it and explain what's going on to another person, a parent, a counselor, or even a friend.
