A) Use extra topcoat color to get better coverage is not a good way to reduce pollutants in paint shops, because the smell of paint is also a pollutant, plus the wording doesn't make sense. Besides, washing everything can help get pollutants out,  and only one layer of paint cuts back on the polution from the smells.
