When in ancient Roman invasion times and Jewish celebrations they took a Lamb in honor of their God's sacrifice (in Easter celebration) so when this celebration was hold there was "a WAY" to the door straight to the Holy Temple (2nd in that time) so when Jesus Christ then what he really meant is: That he was the holy sacrifice (the sacred LAMB) that he happened to be in representation of that TRUTH in order to see and have LIFE on behalf of his son's sacrifice at the door of the Temple of God.
