Participants should raise their hand when they want to speak. Speaking in between or cutting into someone else’s conversation will lead to a deduction in marks.
Participants should not shout or raise their voice to get their points across. They need to carry out the debate in a civilized manner.
Participants cannot use profanity and harsh words. This would lead to disqualification.
Participants will be given time to think and write down their thoughts before the debate begins. During this time, they will not be allowed to talk to one another.
There will be a moderator to ensure the debate is going as intended. Any misconduct or misdemeanor with the moderator will lead to immediate disqualification.
