The initial filtrate comes from the gromerule, initially connects with the BOWMAN'S CAPSULE, from there it passes to the PROXIMAL CONVOLUTED TUBULE that connects with the descending branch of the LOOP OF HENLE, follows the ascending branch that connects with the DISTAL CONVOLUTED TUBULE.
