Explanation:  The natural environment is a layer called the biosphere and it literally means life to humans, and contains within itself the factors of life, i.e. air, water, earth and organisms important for life cycles. The natural environment has the innate ability to generate all the necessary factors for human life, at the time it is needed and in the amount needed. It is a naturally regulated system that, unfortunately, can be and is disturbed by human activities. Nature itself has such mechanisms and natural cycles that can perfectly balance the production of all the necessary conditions for life and eliminate harmful phenomena only if humans do not disrupt that natural mechanism. We can say that the impact of nature on human physical, mental and spiritual health, just as it should be, is balanced naturally according to human needs.

The natural environment offers the necessary amounts of oxygen and preserves the existing carbon dioxide balance through photosynthesis. The natural environment also offers natural pharmacology because it is known that, based on natural nutrition and medicine, the human body can live almost disease-free. All the necessary natural remedies and ingredients important for human health and a normal vital life can be found in nature only if nature is not destroyed due to the needs of industrial development and profit.

The natural environment is also the prime prevention of mental illness. Spiritual peace and tranquil can always be found in unspoiled nature. The fact is that all this may sound strange to someone living in an urban environment, but the untouched nature is exactly the balance a person truly needs. This again speaks about the human habits to live surrounded by skyscrapers and smog from factories and the unfortunate alienation from nature and the total ignorance of the extremely powerful influence of nature on human health and condition in general. In a word, the impact of nature on humans is remarkable and immeasurable in every sense. The second question is that humans are distracted from the natural environment, so when they return to nature they discover something that already exists but has been neglected.

One of the biggest problems today is the emission of greenhouse gases and the greenhouse effect that is causing global warming. In addition, harmful gases are the cause of the hole in the Ozone layer and the increase of harmful UV radiation. The myriad of harmful chemical and biological gases in many ways affect human health. Of course, these harmful phenomena first destroy the natural environment and consequently human health.

What needs to be done to prevent existing adverse environmental impacts is the urgent reduction of fossil fuels and the use of alternative fuels. Reduce or completely, if possible, replace the consumption of certain biological and chemical gases. In the long term, what can be done to protect the environment is scientific research in the field of less harmful or harmless fuels on a natural basis. Then research in the field of natural remedies, which can mean the cure of many diseases caused by pollution and bad urban habits, but also the prevention of many diseases. Herbal medicine and natural medicine are known to be very successful in treating humans and preventing disease.

Creating opportunities for more frequent contact with nature because reducing stress and pollution contributes to health. Many other diseases, such as sugar, blood pressure and even cancer, have been estimated to be reduced if there were no stress caused by the urban lifestyle.
