Explanation: Just to elaborate a little on the answer, it can be added that it is said that the Bureau of Prisons closed it, but not that it replaced it with one that was necessarily easier to maintain. It is also said that wild myths about the prison were publicized in books and movies, but not that it was a popular setting for movies and books. Finally, although it does say that it was replaced by a prison in Illinois, that is not the best summary of the information. The passage stresses the isolated and unusual location of the prison, as well as the decay of its buildings,  which made it expensive to maintain and turned it into a tourist attraction.
