What changes occur to your breathing and heart rate during exercise? Why do you think these changes occur?

Respuesta :

Explanation:

As your HR increases during exercise, your muscles, heart, pulmonary system needs to deliver more O2 to those parts of the body, for proper function. without this your muscles will rely on stored fat for energy, which causes the muscle tissue to excrete lactic acid into the bloodstream. lactic acid is known to cause sepsis and also shock. sodium, potassium, and electrolytes are needed to retain fluids in the body more efficiently.

  • Answer. While doing exercise the more the intensity of the exercise is the more the heart rate. While heart rate increases it pumps more blood which result in more blood circulation in the body.  Explanation:  This changes occur mainly due to body mechanism which needs more energy to burn . While fast breathing we inhale more oxygen which is used in producing more energy.  I hope this helps you
