A) conflict resolution is not one in the purposes of government
The five purposes of government include the provision of public services which means the government is responsible to service delivery towards its people. The services include health, education, infrastructure, etc. The government also promotes commerce through trade and tax system and protecting customers.
Another role of the government is reinforcing the state defense system by forming alliances with other countries and having a strong army. It also ensures that the legal system is equal and fair; and just for all to guarantee public safety. Finally, it promotes and protects the right to speech freedom, vote right, and fair trial.
