On the other hand, it is true that tuition fees are high regarding college education in the USA; however, there are important Foundations in the USA willing to give education grants; such is the case of Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, The NEA Foundation, Annenberg Foundation, just to mention a few of them. Such foundations focus on those students who really want to make the difference for their families, their community and their country. Imbalance is a reality, but it is not the inescapable fate for citizens this foreign student has noticed. She needs to know a bit more about the American culture regarding all the opportunities, and helping hands, public and private who are always eager to help.
