Respuesta :

Industrial Revolution is said to have had accelerated the world. This means it increased the rhythm of living through faster communication, production, and transportation.

Industrial Revolution impacted transport in many ways. First, in 1769 the steam engine was invented. That lead to the invention of the steam locomotive in 1801, turning the transportation of people, goods and raw materials faster and safer, and by its turn accelerating production of goods and the industrial life. Transport via water also became faster with the invention of the steamboat in 1807. This had a profound impact on the workers’ lives, especially the miners: intense and fast growth for the coal demand happened without any social policy to support this new class, the proletariat.
