When you observe your histogram, you notice that certain bars are taller than the others. Notice the overall shape of the histogram. If the bar in the middle is taller than the others and the shape looks like a perfect bell, we can conclude the distribution is normal.

Normal Distribution means that the data is equally distributed around its mean. If the data is unevenly distributed, it is said to be skewed.
