A Government Official cannot be instantly removed merely on the basis of accusations and suspicion. Impeachable offences include treason, bribery and bad conduct. Any member of the house of Representative can introduce the impeachment resolution. It analyses the accusations and writes and analyses the impeachment as per the constitutional mandates. Again it is sent back to the house of representatives which debates and deliberates.

If forty one members agrees the validity of the accusation then, the recommendations on the impeachment charges are sent to the senate, the senate leader can either decline or take steps against the allegations by putting it for vote. if two third that is 67 members of the senate out of hundred approve in favor of conviction, then the official is removed.
