Explanation:

Languages are living phenomena that are constantly changing according to the places they are spoken in.

Due to colonialism, English reached places far and wide and has not remained the language of just the white colonizer, but also a remnant with the colonized who often lost their native tongues to English.

Those people do not speak English the same way as it gets infused with their culture and local words and makes a different form of English.

Hence, it is different from the language spoken in England, but it is still most definitely English.
