Yes becouse when they used balance it made everything look right and they went together we'll. Harmony was used with the colors, each color or shape created almost a Harmony when you look at it. Proportion is used becouse each shape takes up its own proportion and doesn't take up more then another shape. And Movement is used becouse each shape could look different and it would create something almost like movement along with the movement of a brush.
