l*(l+3)=40 cm^2

l*(l+3)=5*8

so l=5, h=8

when l=5+10/100 *5=5+1/2=5.5 cm

       h=8+10/100*8=8+8/10=8.8 cm

Area  now is 5.5*8.8=48.4 cm^2
