1.Establishes, or recommends to management, major corporate strategies, objectives, and policies for company.  2.Recommends modifications to existing corporate programs. 3.Directs preparation of budgets, reviews budget proposals, and prepares necessary supporting documentation and justification. 4.Part of the Company’s M&A team.
